Cenocracy: A New Government Perspective
A Cenocratic Manifesto Addendum X

http://www.cenocracy.org

A Democratic government is established as a publicly owned franchise with the premised conviction of representing the individually-collectivized Will of the People as its preeminently stated By-laws supported by a Constitution and Bill of Rights which are alterable according to the collective consciousness of the People. However, when the managerial staff of said franchise begins to assume that its ability to create laws according to some imagined intellectual promiscuity granted by the ownership public which allows it to legislatively pimp rules and regulations on their behalf as they see fit without the public's counsel as the determinate judge and jury or being subject to a civil standard of propriety; thereby establishing an internalized culture of, by and primarily for its managerial-self to the extent it adopts a gymnastically-contortioned rationale that the franchise (under their helmsmanship) not only exists to function with an immunity from... but stands above and beyond those laws and directed as an antagonistic imposition against the public so that it retains an indentured servitude with a subsistence level of Inalienable Rights oppressed by an enforced dependency which guarantees the public's exploitability; it is the duty and Responsibility of the owners to bring the elected— and their selected deputies— into a Public Hearing to redress grievances that its conduct represents at the very least... a gross level of mismanagement, and at the most... a despicable level of criminal misconduct unbecoming a Representative body of the people. If but the former is found to be true, then it will constitute the necessity of removing all said managers from their positions and having them replaced with those respectful of their place as a servant of, by, and for the people; and if both the former and the latter are discovered, as many already contend the case to be... then this necessitates the people conducting a dissolution of the present franchise in order to construct one which best represents the intended embodiment of the Public's Will.

The Cenocratic Reform Movement is a request to the public and its many social, economic, and government Reformist initiatives, to demand the presence of the government to attend an open Court Hearing in public, to be witnessed by all the peoples throughout the world, to redress the many grievances whose persistent absence, neglect, or dismissiveness from the Legislative docket gives reason to believe the peoples franchise of democratic government is in the hands of an egregious level of mismanagers who are engaged in a criminal level of conduct involving the disposition of the Public's Inalienable Rights... and that any delay on the part of the franchise managers to interfere with, postpone, abscond from or disregard the Right of the Public to call them to question, will necessitate the public resorting to Revolutionary levels of conduct impressment. (That symbolically reflect the use of many instruments such as holding a knife or spear to their backs, a noose of rope, collar of chain, an ax, sword or guillotine about their neck, as well as a gun, club or flammable glue placed near their head... all of which are claimed by some to be the nice way of asking for their attendance.)

We are fully aware that the court case of the People versus the Government will eventually result in a decision favoring the people not only because of a preponderance of evidence required in our civil case against the government, but because of an evidentiary proof of facts and witness testimonials that will attest to show, beyond a reasonable doubt, the government is culpable for liability in our criminal case against it. Thus, despite the government's expected attempts to nullify any judgment that... in the mind of the majority of rational, reasoning men and women... clearly, emphatically, and decisively states the government is without a doubt, without a question, and without a get-out-of-jail-for-free card... and must thus face the penalty as all defunct governments have had to confront... the dawn of a precedent setting legal judgment whose effects will reverberate in a means and method of altering the socio-political, pratico-economic, and philosophical landscape of humanity for centuries to come.

Liberty Bell of the US government

Unlike the Liberty Bell of the present government which cracked three times and is identified by many a Revolutionist-Reformer as an indication that it did so was because the government which it represents is flawed, the Bell of Liberation of the People receiving a Full Wage and Benefits package of their Inalienable Rights by way of an established Peoples' Legislative Branch allowing them to practice a Full Measure of their Self-Representation and Self-Determination attributes, will signal a song of Greater Independence eventually affecting the lives of everyone in all Nations. Whereas the Loyalists of the present phony democracy create a self-excusing interpretation of why each of the three different bells cracked: (1) The first was cast by a British Loyalist firm... The Whitechapel Bell Foundry in London... who held a grudge against America and deliberately cast the Bell with a flaw. (2) The second was cast by a Philadelphia firm run by those who were given a "cost-plus" government contract enabling them to intentionally increase their personal income by using sub-standard (cheap) materials whose monitoring thereof was permitted to be an "in-house, self-directed" operation because there were no readily available colonial-based competitor foundries whose owners had ties to government officials, thus... (3) Enabling the same Philadelphia foundry to get yet another government contract and make a substantial profit (like so many government contracted individuals and companies trying to take advantage of the public's tax dollars) by using additional sub-standard (cheap) materials that they can claim either ignorance of or deflect attention to something or someone else... and any resulting defect noted thereafter could be blamed on this or that (publicly unsupervised) rationale to be flip-flopped by the double-standard vernacular of politicians who think it an expressed talent of imagined creativity to 'cast' a favourable light on unfavorable castings by applying a pithy motto that might be taken from the Bible so as to give it the impression of something sacred and not to be questioned, like that attached to the Liberty Bell: "Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof." (Leviticus 25:10) It's a proclamation alright, the proclamation of an underlying fundamental flaw in government perceptions and those who are its Loyalist confederates.

Along with the Liberty Bell it is of value to include a short caption concerning the Statue of Liberty, because of the controversial image it portrays with regard to the hypocrisy of its inscribed motto whose following five lines references those who generally are not welcomed by the actions of government on the local, state and federal governments as many a poor person and observant social reformer will attest to.:

...Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me...

Granted that some say the overall poem is not meant to be interpreted too literally, but it is not difficult for others not to 'recast' these lines (if not the whole poem) into a Capitalistically-oriented crass advertisement by which America has become reputationed with:

The U.S. Statue of Liberty Much like the Corporate Giants of Capitalist fame,
with conquering bank loans astride from land to land;
Here at our oil-washed, blackened gates shall stand
A mighty industrialist with a cigarillo, by brand name
Entrepreneur of mother exiles. From her beckoning-hand
Snaps world-wide obedience; her wild eyes command
The Terrorist air-bridged harbor that twin towers frame.
"Keep not, oh treasuries, your surplus gold and green!" cries she
With supercilious lips. "Hoard all: your tired and your poor
Send cowering laborers to work cheap or free
The spineless lackeys, lapdogs and sycophants galore.
Send these, the credit borrowers, tempest-toast to me...

H.O.B. 1/28/2018

While some may take offense because they have some reserved, misplaced sentimentality for that which, like the Eiffel Tower had created social controversies we of today are not particularly aware of unless such occasions are researched in archival stashes; casting the old into the context of the new sometimes prompts the realization that the public (and government, religion, etc...) are not progressing beyond the conditions which precipitated the construction of a monument in the first place. How can the public move beyond the mentality of old if it is continually forced to remain in the past? A constant reminder of the past does not guarantee that history won't be repeated, because it can be repeated in a different version of itself if the underlying mental schematic is not permitted to grow beyond sentimentalized monuments... of which the U.S. has so many the people around the country are stuck in individualized enclaves of visual echoes which distorts their ability to see past them. If not some monument, then some religiously guided holiday (holy-day). Whereas the overnight removal of all the monuments and holidays might create a National level of disorientation, the fact that so many of them have been made into commercialized opportunities has already created the conditions of defacement. If self-serving (as opposed to public-serving) Capitalists were to be faced with a law forbidding them to use any monument or holiday for commercial purposes, many of those being used by the public might well disappear, enabling the conditions for an emergence of creative thinking to move beyond such commercializations. While some are realistically concerned that atrocities of the past might well be practiced if such atrocities are not kept nearby as a reminder, they can also provide the impetus for someone to create an atrocity (or technological advance) which dwarfs all former atrocities, and thus is... but also is not... a replay of history. Why isn't the human species growing up, if it is not because there is an unrecognized practice of oppressiveness akin to foot binding, head binding, tongue lashing, eye gouging, skull trephining, and other serviceable means by which the public can be exploited by governments, religions, and businesses? Are we actually living in an age of literate stupidity, or educated ignorance, or rationalized irrationalities?

The Statue of Liberty, like the Declaration of Independence and attendant ideas of equality, liberty, freedom, Democracy, Self-Representation, Self-Determination, Citizen, Rights, etc..., are importations into America from the French, with its motto of "liberty, equality, fraternity", and in particular, its "Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen" which illustrates that much of what many may think to be original ideas developed by the colonists in their struggle against the British government are "hand-me-overs" (instead of hand-me-downs) from the Revolutionary French. The text of the "Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen" is instructive for those with a Government Reformist orientation:

"Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen"

(Adopted as the preamble to the Constitution of 1791, and then presented as "Declaration of the Rights of Man" in the Constitution of 1793, and then again in the 1795 Constitution as "Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and the Citizen" and reaffirmed by the constitution of 1958).

Preamble

The representatives of the French people, formed into a National Assembly, considering ignorance, forgetfulness or contempt of the rights of man to be the only causes of public misfortunes and the corruption of Governments, have resolved to set forth, in a solemn Declaration, the natural, unalienable and sacred rights of man, to the end that this Declaration, constantly present to all members of the body politic, may remind them unceasingly of their rights and their duties; to the end that the acts of the legislative power and those of the executive power, since they may be continually compared with the aim of every political institution, may thereby be the more respected; to the end that the demands of the citizens, founded henceforth on simple and uncontestable principles, may always be directed toward the maintenance of the Constitution and the happiness of all.

In consequence whereof, the National Assembly recognizes and declares, in the presence and under the auspices of the Supreme Being, the following Rights of Man and of the Citizen.

  1. Article first--Men are born and remain free and equal in rights. Social distinctions may be based only on considerations of the common good.

  2. Article 2--The aim of every political association is the preservation of the natural and imperceptible rights of man. These rights are Liberty, Property, Safety and Resistance to Oppression.

  3. Article 3--The source of all sovereignty lies essentially in the Nation. No corporate body, no individual may exercise any authority that does not expressly emanate from it.

  4. Article 4--Liberty consists in being able to do anything that does not harm others: thus, the exercise of the natural rights of every man has no bounds other than those that ensure to the other members of society the enjoyment of these same rights. These bounds may be determined only by Law.

  5. Article 5--The Law has the right to forbid only those actions that are injurious to society. Nothing that is not forbidden by Law may be hindered, and no one may be compelled to do what the Law does not ordain.

  6. Article 6--The Law is the expression of the general will. All citizens have the right to take part, personally or through their representatives, in its making. It must be the same for all, whether it protects or punishes. All citizens, being equal in its eyes, shall be equally eligible to all high offices, public positions and employments, according to their ability, and without other distinction than that of their virtues and talents.

  7. Article 7--No man may be accused, arrested or detained except in the cases determined by the Law, and following the procedure that it has prescribed. Those who solicit, expedite, carry out, or cause to be carried out arbitrary orders must be punished; but any citizen summoned or apprehended by virtue of the Law, must give instant obedience; resistance makes him guilty.

  8. Article 8--The Law must prescribe only the punishments that are strictly and evidently necessary; and no one may be punished except by virtue of a Law drawn up and promulgated before the offense is committed, and legally applied.

  9. Article 9--As every man is presumed innocent until he has been declared guilty, if it should be considered necessary to arrest him, any undue harshness that is not required to secure his person must be severely curbed by Law.

  10. Article 10--No one may be disturbed on account of his opinions, even religious ones, as long as the manifestation of such opinions does not interfere with the established Law and Order.

  11. Article 11--The free communication of ideas and of opinions is one of the most precious rights of man. Any citizen may therefore speak, write and publish freely, except what is tantamount to the abuse of this liberty in the cases determined by Law.

  12. Article 12--To guarantee the Rights of Man and of the Citizen a public force is necessary; this force is therefore established for the benefit of all, and not for the particular use of those to whom it is entrusted.

  13. Article 13--For the maintenance of the public force, and for administrative expenses, a general tax is indispensable; it must be equally distributed among all citizens, in proportion to their ability to pay.

  14. Article 14--All citizens have the right to ascertain, by themselves, or through their representatives, the need for a public tax, to consent to it freely, to watch over its use, and to determine its proportion, basis, collection and duration.

  15. Article 15--Society has the right to ask a public official for an accounting of his administration.

  16. Article 16--Any society in which no provision is made for guaranteeing rights or for the separation of powers, has no Constitution.

  17. Article 17--Since the right to Property is inviolable and sacred, no one may be deprived thereof, unless public necessity, legally ascertained, obviously requires it, and just and prior indemnity has been paid.

Note: although comments could be raised for all the article commentaries, let us be brief and mention only three, with the added inclusion that the Referendum used in France, like so many other governments, has got the system-of-Referendum backwards. Instead of the people being asked by someone in government (such as a President or Prime Minister) to consider a bill that has already been passed by a proportion of a legislative body, it is the people who should be in the position of Legislating resolutions on issues of interest and asking those in government to consider them by their own measures of referendum.

  • Article 6 unknowingly relates to a reliance on the old Aristocracy formula of Representation-by-one's-Betters, and was clearly outdated even at its inclusion in the article list.)
  • Article 12 could be interpreted to mean the "force" is a Peoples Legislative Branch.)
  • Article 16 speaks to items directly addressed by the Cenocratic Reform Movement)

Unfortunately, the above document as well as previously and subsequent documents setting forth an explication of Rights, have not addressed the problem we of today confronted with with respect to said "Inalienable Rights" be diminished by government bodies who hold a Full Measure... a Full Wage and Benefits package as a hostage by the very act of using a vicarious formula of Representation that greatly reduces, eliminates, and may even forbid the people from exercising a full breath of their Rights such as with regards to Self-Representation unhindered by a Representative Go-between which thus permits an individually-collectivized realization of Self-Determination. Whereas governments can adroitly circumvent the Rights of Citizens by manipulatively convincing them that there is need for divesting themselves of a proportion of their Rights and investing them in a Representative who might then insure they receive the greater equality of profit from their self-claimed expertise, talent, experience, etc., this often resembles a round-a-bout contortionist delusion of expressed sophistry as a similar tactic used by the Aristocracies of old claiming a divine right to rule... and their selected deputies were necessarily the "Betters" of ordinary, common, everyday, unrefined, peasant, uncultured, uneducated, run-of-the-mill, vassal, hillbilly people. This self-entitled egotistical distinction even went so far as to claim the right of sleeping with a vassal's newly wed bride, called "droit du seigneur" (Right of the Lord), though it is claimed that it was just another means of extorting yet another money tax because a newly wed husband would necessarily attempt to avail the claim by exchanging the Lord's Right with a gift of money. The exchange was even called "avail", and is used today by those who are forced to either "buy into" a medical, vehicle, business, etc... insurance/licensing/passport program or pay a monetary fine to avail themselves of not having to go to jail, detained by questioning, or some other form of harassment... if not worse.

Yet, nonetheless, much like slavery... particularly for those who are born into a culture with a government which allows the practice of servitude, exploitation, and diminished rights, the people of today accept their role in social conditions in which their Inalienable Rights are being held hostage... are being mortgaged, are being held in escrow that only a few have come to this realization. Even the hyper-vigilant, hyper-conscious French with, hyper-conscientious of humanitarian and individual rights are living in a somnambulant state deaf, dumb, and blindness when it comes to being able to differentiate between a Full wage and Benefits package of Inalienable Rights and the current Socialist brand of communally organized servitude of serviceability to Capitalistic traditions of exploitation in which the bourgeoisie of today bribe the intellectually armed proletariat to be its two-legged watchdog with dog-bone sharpened canines and paid-for lessons in how to barking and when to bare their snarled teeth ! Whereas the French were once trail blazers in fighting for the Rights of Men and Women, they are now in a cicada's cacoon presumably awaiting some especial formative-bearing socio-environmental condition, which is more like the of a snail whose emulative substance they eat and become habituated to on the human level of experiences, and whose toss of the emptied shell somehow signifies a sense of euphoric exultation of a personalized achievement... while so many in the world suffer from a lack of basic necessities that a Revolution to gain an increase in one's Inalienable Rights Wage and Benefits could help them achieve! Wake up France! The World Revolution is not over. You've merely had a short respite to lick your wounds, pat yourselves on the back and engage in celebratory ceremonies in order to catch your second wind. The downtrodden peoples of the world need you! Arise and be once accounted for in the unfinished charters of history. Where is your adventuresome esprit de corps?!!! However, because the French are unable to grasp how they too have succumbed to the entrenchment of having their vision occluded by their practiced diminishment of Inalienable Rights that they are oblivious to, the once heartedly regarded French culture of Enlightenment with so many progressive insights which created the well deserved nickname of "the City of Light" ("la Ville Lumière"), has revealed that the light has dimmed quite considerably. The Parisians are now on a road enveloped with both a 'black ice' footing and 'whiteout' perception due to a dulled sense of the once commendable progressively projective perspicuity. Conformity to an unrecognized oppression leads to a mental, physical and emotional mediocrity of presumed equality, liberty and fraternity.

It is too often overlooked that the first "Légion étrangère" (French Foreign Legion) could well be interpreted to have been a group of Revolutionists!... such as those who stormed the Bastille. A short bit of history at this point may be of interest for some to make the analogical connection being offered for consideration:

Storming of the Bastille image 1

The Bastille was used as a state prison from the 17th century. On the morning of July 14, 1789, during the early years of the French Revolution, a crowd advanced on the Bastille with the intention of asking the prison governor, Bernard Jordan, marquis de Launay, to release the arms and munitions stored there. Angered by Launay's evasiveness, the people stormed and captured the place. The prison had been virtually unused for years and was scheduled for demolition by the monarchy. It held on that day only four counterfeiters, two madmen, and a young aristocrat who had displeased his father. The storming of the Bastille was a symbolic blow at tyranny rather than an act of liberation for tyranny's seven victims. This dramatic action came to symbolize the end of the ancien régime. The Bastille was subsequently demolished by order of the Revolutionary government.

Storming of the Bastille image 2

The neighborhood between the Bastille and the Place de la Nation, eastward along the rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, has been one of skilled craftsmen since the mid-15th century, when the self-governing royal abbey gave space within its wide domains to those cabinet-makers who refused to abide by the restrictions of Paris guilds as to styles and types of wood to be used. This neighborhood was always among the first to revolt when revolution was in the air and was noted for the speed with which it raised barricades of impressive height. The character of the area has changed, however, as most of the small workshops have closed.

French Revolutionists

When confronted by what in all rational appearances presents itself as a formidable task, the greatest of motivations to stand one's ground and advance, is belief. Belief in yourself. There in lies the courage of the invincible. Belief in your abilities to do the right thing in defense of others, who seek to defend themselves however they may to regain that which belongs to them and is being held captive by another. To assist those in recovering a loved one— such as those Inalienable Rights left to us by our forbearers in so many ways in so many places in so many times in which Independence has been won. For they are a living, breathing, soul-filled extension of humanity's heritage personified and embodied by belief in one's own Right to defend the Rights of others to have a full measure of that which perforces itself into the most salient of human characterizations called freedom... called emancipation... called liberty as a fraternity, as a sorority as a common people with a common goal so very natural to one's heart and mind, yet is often an uncommon expression until the self-same inner voice tells us all to arise! Believe in your calling, believe in your mission as a crusade against that and those who may very well unleash the dogs of hell against you and your compatriots to preserve their way of life which causes so much suffering to so many, and will not stop in their exploitations to enforce subjugations so very intolerable to every single consciousness seeking an equitable resolution to their grievances.

You must believe. You will believe as the inner voice of silenced millions begins tis deafening chant, its footfall march cadenced by a drumbeat on the advance, on the road to a glorification for all the down-trodden... all those who await you to say you believe.. so they may believe that the inner voice within them is very real... is not a figment of their imagination, is not the mark of a mind on the verge of insanity... but is in fact the speech of the hyper-rational, the hyper-vigilant, the hyper-aware who see what you see though others about them are uncertain of what the light in your eyes represents. You will know them. They will know you. Each unto the other is the understanding of a madness coming face to face with its genius, and a genius with its methodical madness of super-enlightenment whose extra-ordinary brilliance blinds us with a marvelous truth and deafens us with a consummate song of which only believers can hear, can hum, can sing aloud in unison. And together your belief will bind an individualized-collectivity of purpose to pursue our hostaged freedoms having been long denied a full emancipation granted to them so very long ago. They will believe you if you step forward. Because they will then step forward and find themselves in an effulgence of ethereal calm and undeniable strength of rarely witnessed courage... in whose beauty is a purity of ceaseless resolve to free the prisoners from the Bastilles of the world in which our Inalienable Rights have been held captive and ransomed to us under the guise of citizenship. They will stand by you in every scrapping, in every impromptu embattlement, in any war which may come. And they will die by your side if need be. Because you have pledged the same to them and theirs. Though from different persuasions, we are one and the same in this venture to gain a Full Measure of our Inalienable Rights wages and benefits. Together we will win, or we will die trying. And then another and another and another will take up the the Cenocratic banner to carry it that much further ahead.

Then, atop the precipice overlooking where we have come from and where we will then stand, those who are there will see what we now see but could not realize what we perceived lay ahead because we stood on each others shoulders to get a glimpse of what beckons us forth. The will then realize we were right, and they were right to join with us in our joint struggle. They will finally acknowledge what so many at present may mistakenly call a Utopia, but each of us knows is very real. They will see it and embrace it. And they will then begin anew the march which remains unfinished. There is not time for ceremony except in the songs of our deliverance as we march forth. They will then understand and smile as they say they have always believed it could be done... because they are its living proof as will their children be in the ages yet to come.

While the foregoing "believe" interpolation of secularized commentary may be interpreted by some as an expressed fanaticism, if you take the same level of enthusiasm and place it into a locker room context used as a pep talk (with the appropriate highlighted words and team-centered goal), the team players might look at each out of the corners of their eyes wondering what ball hit the coach on the head, unless of course the coach has provided them with a game strategy the players do in fact believe in. The same goes for political rally spokespersons attempting to evoke a spiritual-like quality of exuberance in order to facilitate the propensity of a desired Movement in a given direction. Yet, many in the public are aware of opportunistic charlatans that have an ulterior motive and dub the speeches as mere propaganda. Far too many Reformers and Revolutionists are all too aware of the sophistry and semantical gymnastics which a gifted speaker with charisma may employ to instill a crowd with a sustained sense of purpose. All because they believe. Their analysis of what is available to them to make a judgment about a person is a developed sense of reading between the lines... if in fact there is space being used to employ some subterfuge. As such, the many hundreds and thousands who will eventually come across the Cenocratic Manifesto might well give the writer the benefit of a doubt, or doubt that there is any benefit to be given because they may want to claim that some idea is already well known to them... and yet, they have done nothing with the information because they are one who has been given a set of tools but don't know how to name them, much less make any use of them.

For all the professed knowledge of some political philosophers, political scientists, and wanna-be social/government reformers, they aren't doing anything with their erudite knowledge in terms of applying it to bring about a viable social reform Movement, because it is the knowledge requiring a given opportunity by a given person or persons who are standing at the threshold of a darkened trail beckoning them to step forward, that this is their chance to be a part of history instead of just reading and talking about it, but they won't. Instead, they retreat to some philosophical enclave providing them and their similarly-minded aficionados of past political events to engage in one another repartee for some social exchange excursion. They defeat themselves before they begin by assessing the value of their involvement in a deprecated interpretation of others actions and automatically compare it to some reform occasion read about in a text and assess an analogical comparison to judge its worth or worthlessness according to a pocket scorecard they have memorized so as not to reveal how very biased it is. Whereas they conceal an arrogant smugness when thinking one movement resembles another and is therefore either a carbon copy of plagiarized ideas or characterizes the neurotics of a pet lashing out at its own reflection in a mirror (like those who share a similarity of perspective but insist theirs is different from another's because of juxtaposed words), there is no convincing them of an existing original idea because they have no intentionality of conscious acceptance because their mind is ill-prepared to alter the course or speed of a mind glued to an unrecognized conveyor-belt production line of routinized conceptulizations... And yet, what they say matters to some who have an influence on others that in turn have an influence on others which can create an encirclement of disconcern, unless they too are treated as an adversary needing to be protested against... and not be permitted to sit on the sidelines as an armchair observer whose thumbs up or thumbs down signals a persuasive counter-balanced effect, unless the Movement jumps into the stadium seats and looks them in the eye. It is then that they are more apt to find themselves in the reality of a truth instead of its printed variation of make-believe.

In deducing the presence of prevarications or an intended propagandist literature in the format of a generated manifesto or 'statement of mission', the rationale of a given Political Movement must eventually be tested beyond the transcripts of intellectual discourse, in order to invalidate or exonerate claims. It is this participation from intellectuals which aids in the influence of a Movement to generate thrust amongst the common throng who may eventually come to grasp the gist of polemical suppositions in order to formulate a vernacular to be shared on the different stratifications of society and create a viable matrix which entangles those whose childhood leadership trials involved such visible "string" things as playing with yo-yos, jump rope, and tether ball, and subtle string-like interconnections like crack-the-whip, red-rover red-rover, strut miss Suzy, etc... In simpler terms, there were those in childhood who frequently choose to initiate "net-working" game situations, a behavior that appears to carry over into adulthood, though with relative social variations. Social reform movements are "string" or line-generating efforts, such as networking via a telephone line (now invisible because of cellphones), in strings of e-mail contacts, engaging in a circuit of speaking engagements, etc... Since Cenocracy and other social reform ideas have not been tested (as to the strength of their social "string" generating propensities), it is difficult to find evidence for a false idea, unless it is being compared to one or more concepts already thought to be false... either because they have been tried, or one's logic makes a deduction (reasoning from the general to the particular) and presumes it to reflect an induction (reasoned from details of considered facts to 'principled generalities'). ["General Principles" are "principled generalities."]

Though there may be some readers who view the foregoing two paragraphs as being similar to a discussion of dry economic formulas of interest only to the diehard philosophical-bound statistician it is of need for some to know some of the divergent forms of thinking take place in the construction of a political idea which must sometimes dive into regions that may at first appear to divert attention away from the simpler themes others are more comfortable with, such as one may encounter by reading the writings and exploits of former Revolutionists in different subject areas. For example, some readers may not be familiar with the term "agitprop" derived from the Russian "agitatsiya propaganda" meaning 'agitation propaganda', which arose during the heyday of Marxist theorists in the Revolution era of Russia. Basically, it described the usage of speech to agitate crowds into action and written material to educate people to think in a given way. Since there is as yet no speaker having arisen for the Cenocratic Movement, written materials will have to play the dual role. However, when one writes what many others are leaning towards in their own minds but have not consolidated their views into a comprehensible narrative, a person stating the obvious of what many others feel is true is not a propagandist, but a translator of a silent majority who need to see their thoughts and/or hear what they are thinking in the words of another, in order to solidify their indistinct concepts into a personified whole upon which to reflect and share with others, so that the combined agreement can produce a force of consideration that may well generate a greater complexity from the initials simplicities being rendered as an obvious truth. In this sense, propagandist efforts are not interviewed with suspicion nor derision, because they are meant as constructive strategies that one would use to debate the usefulness of an ideology as a considered opinion without intending duplicity.
