A more recent option of protest is to disrupt Congressional hearings on the process to decide whether or not a person is fit for holding the office of a Supreme Court Judge. Indeed, as Dan Rather and others have said, these are not normal times. Resistance must be increased from every single venue that a Freedom Loving Public is brave enough to exhibit. Men must get involved and not let the women show the only courage which exists. Stop making excuses.

As an option for protesting, youcan create a colorful poster which describes many of the feelings and thoughts held by many others. While it helps to be a well-known group of celebrities, individuals can nonetheless participate by describing how Fox News likes to display those who disapprove of the poster, yet, doesn't permit an equal share of news-worthy(?) time to those who agree that the White House should be burned to the ground, and many of the politician- promoting icons (Washington monument, Lincoln Memorial, Libraries, roads, laws, Mount Rushmore, etc...) should be demolished.... not to mention killing Trump, his staff, the majority of those in Congress, Supreme Court Justices, and other Trump advocates. In such a view, the following Pearl Jam Kill Trump and Burn the White House— on a Concert Poster is rather tame and innocent because it barely scratches the surface of what is being discussed amongst those who are serious about the desperate need for creating a New Government instead of the recurring nonsense the people have to put up with over and over and over again under a despotic formula of Democracy:

Corruption is Legal in America
As a philosophical exercise, it behooves social reformers, government protestors, security officers, and the general public to consider the possibility that protest methodologies may be escalated to more definitive exercises because current "legal" efforts for the public to bring about progressive change on behalf of the people are futile. No less, the mentality of military personnel and para-military police/security officers is one in which they will do as they are instructed by their superiors and will not STAND DOWN in order to STAND UP for the right of the people to use assertive methods to create a better government because peaceful protest efforts are futile.
Let me provide the comments of Lili Loofbourow from her article:
The America We Thought We Knew Is Gone
...There is no form of protest they will respect:
loud or silent, formal or spontaneous, civil or rude.
Written petitions or marches on the streets.
They don’t care....
...The party ruling our country has demonstrated there is no principle it will respect, no norm it will endure.
My rights as a woman are in danger.
Civil rights are in danger.
And the republic is in danger....

is not how our government was envisioned...
While the article will make for good reading for some, it also represents the expression of an equivocation about what is and has taken place in "our" government. It is an equivocation about the truth which many protestors have not delayed in expressing a forceful disdain about the ongoing corruption. In other words, we called a spade a spade from the get-go. There was no disbelief that we were being confronted by a government practiced in the "arts" of lies, deceits and obfuscation. Whereas the disbelief experienced by some was due to a educationally-based learned disposition to accept the illusion that the government and its primary representatives look out for the best interests of the people... thereby creating a delusion which persuaded them not to look below the enculturated forms of embellished political dialogue which was once used to conceal the politically correct "dog-ma" [dog crap or B.S. (bull shit)] that the people were and are still supposed to pick up and deposit it in our house-hold trash cans so that the stench can invade our lives all the time and accept it as normal and natural; many of protesters do not need repeated government expressions of psychopathology to stir us to realization because they appear to be more acutely in-tune with the actual dire reality under which we all live and are thus able to discern we exist in an "Us (the people) versus them (the wealthy and politically connected)" tug-of-war. It is an ongoing embattlement that occurs even when the Congress is controlled by Democrats, though the same would be said of the same if the government were appreciably modeled on current ideological representations of Anarchy, Communism, Libertarianism, Socialism, Religion, etc... None of the current models of these various political perspectives have an ideological blue-print which permits the people having a full measure of "self" (instead of vicarious formulas of)-representation which would enable the people to take full charge of the entire government if the other three branches were effectively practicing a collusion... either with direct application or by way of deferment... like an on-going "taking turns" to advance personal agendas... no matter what effects this has on the public.
Yet, Ms. Loofbourow's statement about the government's lack of respect for our protests must be taken to heart, and be met with different protest strategies. We protestors can not give up, can not give in, and must resist any temptation to stop our resistance... because we care, even though some perceived retreats are actually moments for re-evaluation, re-assessment, and a re-structuring of our ideological premises of what is the best way to advance our protest under given circumstances. Nonetheless, present protest strategies are being viewed by those in authoritative positions as idle, as meagre threats (like distant thunder)... and are not to be respected because they give the image of a child engaged in several antics:
- Holding one's breath (pouting and complaining... writing letters to Representatives)
- Stamping one's feet and screaming/cussing (protest marching with vocalizations)
- Locking one's self in their room (use of a barricade)
- Refusal to move (sit-in/Occupy)
- etc...
Such protest maneuvers have been legally relegated to be viewed as acceptable forms of acting out... all of which can be simply and safely ignored because they amount to little more than letting the public let off steam... like idle threats; just as many protestors would ignore their own children if they used such tactics in their protests. It is not until the child begins to protest by other means (fire-setting, destruction of property, etc...), that the child is "listened too" (given serious attention)... except that the types of intervention in this child/parent scenario typically result in having the child "looked at" by a medical examiner (to determine whether or not there is something wrong with them...) instead of creating conditions whereby the parent(s) become more self-reflective about their role in having played a determining part in such "inexcusable" behavior. However, even if the parent(s) make an honest assessment about their position as a causative factor, they may not want to change because they like who they are and will simply excuse themselves from the situation by way of employing rationalizations which tend to re-focus blame on the child, the child's friends, the education system, some influential relative, etc... In other words, those in government see the public's protests as due to something being wrong with the people and not themselves... and even if the problems exist with the government, that's too bad for the people because government officials have their self-made wage levels, benefits and pensions... and let the people be damned if they don't like it... because their is nothing legally the people can do about it... since the laws are created to serve an anti-public rule of government anyway.
Not only must the people be seen and heard (unlike the old adage that children should be seen but not heard), but also enabled to do what the other two branches... including the third, will not do on behalf of the people's collective Will— that is not subjugated by the Electoral College nonsense and other practiced prejudices and discriminations against our Inalienable Rights which a fixed system which America's despotic formula of Democracy has designed by recurringly creating outcomes to disadvantage and bar the people from a full political enfranchisement. We are in a war... albeit a cold war, it is a war nonetheless. And it is just as truthful to speak in terms of a protest which may well create conditions for effecting a Civil War that will make the first one look like a child's afternoon tea party with koolaid, cookies and triangle sandwiches for dolls and stuffed animals as well as children at play. The Capitulations of two branches of government signal not only that it is the people who must force the third to capitulate to our collective Will, but that the present three-branches of government formula is out-dated and must be refashioned/reformulated with a Peoples Legislative Branch so that there is a 3-to-1 definitive means by which the protests of the people will be heard and be permitted to legislate laws to become the law of the land for the progressive betterment of humanity and not a regurgitation of antiquated ideologies that after awhile will create a government like the present one, in which one or more branches becomes compromised and paralyzed by another... thus marginalizing the public even more than it already is.
However, protestors must not say they want to "Overthrow the Government", because this can be used against you in terms of the legal language employed to safeguard the selfish interests of those enabled by government to subvert it to their ulterior motivations that frequently undermine the public trust... say you want to reform the government... that you are engaged in actions of attempted Reformation. Whereas there is a law against Overthrowing the government (despite the precedent against such a perspective as outlined by the Declaration of Independence), there is no law about being engaged in activities directed towards a Reformation of Government. Those in authoritative government positions who have been enabled to create laws, created a law against the purposeful ability and need of the public to overthrow the government (as stipulated in the Independence Declaration), because they have no real respect for the document's contents (and thus no real respect for that which is an inalienable right)... even though they want to preserve a facsimile of it on display as a means to manipulate the hearts, minds, and soul of the public by a created illusion of some wondrous embodiment of intended freedom and sacrifice that they do not actually want the public to be able to use as a precedent against their self-serving gluttonously greedy interests.
Although the wording used in the Independence Declaration is rather dated and uses the word "men" instead of "people", the basic intent remains:
...We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed... that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness... |
And though to the common person it seems quite logical that they people should have the right to alter or abolish THEIR government to create a better one, the government of the 1900's took it upon themselves to negate this right, by developing a law that makes it an imprisonable offence for anyone who wants to overthrow the government:
There is no reason for the people, protesting or not, to be respected when even a cherished Inalienable right established as a governing premise upon which the country and its government were established, is being denied to the public— and therefore must be taken back, with the intent of securing a full measure of our Inalienable Rights (as defined by the people and not politicians nor lawyers, nor judges, nor any specialized political orientation with a self-serving agenda to subjugate the people with their own brand of centralized or decentralized government formula that disenfranchises the people). "We The People"... though this phrase is said to express a non-existing entity as one might conceive of a standing army -at the ready- to defend hearth, heart and homeland; it nonetheless suffices to enfranchise all those of us who honestly care about the people of this nation, about all of humanity... about the present and the future: to achieve that which the government has failed to do on behalf of the people for multiple generations... by force if need be... and by the loss of millions of lives if necessary. For we are advancing towards a confrontation where no quarter will be given, no prisoners will be taken, and the Nation will be born anew as a Cenocracy, or obliteration will unfold so that the people of some other nation will make better usage of this country's resources and will not squander them as they are now done for the sake of greed concealed by the label known as Capitalism, and thus used both as a defense, weapon and scapegoat for those whose mentality is that of a culture harboring a deepening and spreading psycho-pathological state of sociopaths. It is a disease in dire need of a cure for which none now exists, and we are only left with resorting to one or another method of extermination... because such a disease can not be contained by laws nor restrained by a philosophy of warehousing... and is an evil that no present day religion is adequately prepared to effectively deal with. Protestors must get serious in their ideological premises in order to create more definitive exercises in protest strategy in order to enable them to move forward... either obliquely (diagonally), horizontally, or vertically. Protestors must think outside the box of chess, billiards and poker playing. Don't let dichotomization in terms of a binary approach be used to stalemate your efforts, even though it is used as a standard employed by present computers and computational derivatives.
Protestors must be forewarned that their efforts to create a venue for what they believe to be needed and necessary changes to existing government functions (laws, policies, ceremonial observances, traditions, etc...), will most likely be confronting a village of psychopaths colloquially referred to as a village of idiots— who think of themselves as an (elected)... "chosen people" and because of this specialized pronouncement, rhetorically view themselves in a humorous way as a village of idiot savants... who are best suited to deal with an insane world. This village of psychopaths have created for themselves a castle of protectionist laws which contain a multitude of obstructionist moats and drawbridges along with an entourage of various security personnel to thwart the collective Will of the people who are positioned to be disenfranchised from having any real political clout. Only those who are permitted to work and live within the defined walls of the castle have any measurable means of effecting progressive changes to government.
In any event, with respect to protesting, because the police are the ones who may well go head-to-head with protestors, their job-related mind-set in dealing with potential and real criminals in a forceful manner, requires that those protestors who decide to engage in more assertive exercises... must be prepared for a possible confrontation against those who are equipped with protective and assaultive gear. In other words, protestors may well be viewed in the light of a law-breaker who must be forced into compliance with whatever tools and tactics police officers can muster at a given moment. Whatever weapons or protective gear police/security officers have, protestors must be able to overcome.
When you have a police officer whose Rules of Engagement (ROE) philosophy are based on superficial (typically status-quo) readings and renderings contained in information culled from departmental directives, the US Constitution, CNN, Fox News, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc... and routinely thinks that every traffic stop could be a soccer mom or a crazed sovereign citizen or car-jacker with an AK; such a state of hyper-vigilance means that their body has adopted a "quick release" model of an adrenaline rush which protestors must be proactively aware of in dealing with them. In other words, they are not dealing with a person whose mental and emotional state are normal for many in the public in everyday settings, but is normal for their profession. For those unfamiliar with the ROE reference:
Rules of engagement (ROE) are the internal rules or directives among military forces (including individuals) that define the circumstances, conditions, degree, and manner in which the use of force, or actions which might be construed as provocative, may be applied. |
The R.O.E. of the Pentagon under the Trump "Ad-mental-stration" (administration), has been changed from the following former to the latter:
For at least two decades, the Department of Defense has explicitly defined its mission on its website as providing "the military forces needed to deter war and to protect the security of our country." But earlier this year, it quietly changed that statement, perhaps suggesting a more ominous approach to national security.
The Pentagon’s official website now defines its mission this way: "The mission of the Department of Defense is to provide a lethal Joint Force to defend the security of our country and sustain American influence abroad."

Because the mentality of the regular military is often parroted by the para-military "civilian" police departments, it is an attitude which all protestors should be aware of and be prepared to confront by the means and manner best suited in a given protest context against a give police unit that is dispatched to intervene.
Here is an example of the heavy-handedness which police officers can mete out even if protestors are peaceful:
n 2013, protests in Frankfurt were met with heavy police violence. A peaceful demonstration was stopped, 1000 protesters were kettled for hours, and hundreds were injured, several severely. Police action was criticized heavily afterward nationally and internationally.

Clearly, in speaking about protest options, we are speaking about the development of a Protestor's Rules of Engagement. In order to establish a personal or group level of protest philosophy, it is necessary to peruse commentary about the different forms of Protest and Demonstration which one may engage in, though one should not readily accept these two sources as being definitive.
Does a protestor develop a strategy that deals with a willfully "crazed" (adrenaline-filled) police officer (or anti-protestor), or should they instead go after those who set the police officers against the protestors? In other words, does a protestor(s) turn their assertions against police commanders or public officials such as a mayor, town council or larger legislative body and their counter-parts such as a Governor, Lieutenant Governor or State Attorney General in order to bring the government to the table of negotiations? When the public begins to think outside the conventions of accepted modes of protest that are particularly useless, the government reacts violently by sending in some form of military-like response to force the public to comply with its stupid perspectives ("Stupid" as designated by a view which disallows the protestor(s) from asserting their own alternatives).
The following list is a short one and will be updated from time to time while not working on other things. It is presented as a rather crude and unpolished presentation. Granted that most seem to represent some sort of violence and that we did not include humorous (symbolic) ones such as throwing tea bags onto the floor of Congress or nailing a copy of a manifesto to the doors of Congress or other places of leadership meetings, the overall initiation of the idea to think alternatively is presented. (The idea of nailing one's manifesto to the doors of Congress comes from the idea concerning the Protestant Reformer Martin Luther who, by some measures of tradition, nailed a copy of his 95 Theses to the door(s) of one or more churches.)
Ninety-five Theses Against the actions of Albert (of Brandenburg,) and (Johann) Tetzel and with no intention to divide the church, (Martin) Luther launched his Ninety-five Theses on October 31, 1517. In the theses he presented three main points. The first concerned financial abuses; for example, if the pope realized the poverty of the German people, he would rather that St. Peter's lay in ashes than that it should be built out of the "skin, flesh, and bones of his sheep." The second focused attention on doctrinal abuses; for example, Luther argued that the pope had no jurisdiction over purgatory and if he did, he should empty the place free of charge. The third attacked religious abuses; for example, the treasury of the merits of the saints was denied by implication in the assertion that the treasury of the church was the gospel. This was the crucial point. When the papacy pronounced Luther's position heretical, he countered by denying the infallibility of popes and for good measure that of councils also. (It should also be noted that Martin Luther came to be against the uprising of the Peasants during his time as cited by his work entitled "Against the Murderous, Thieving Hordes of Peasants" and called for their murder (or in present day language, they would be viewed as terrorists and any innocents killed would be considered collateral damage by the many filthy leaderships of today). Luther's self-centered concerns revealed he was fearful that his protest actions would be viewed as having stirred the Peasants to revolt against their long-endured many hardships. He wanted the peasant uprising crushed and encouraged the so called "law of the land" to commit murder and whatever action social leaders wanted... though the plight of the peasants at the hands of so many sinful business, government and religious leaders for so many years is not mentioned to describe the murders, thefts and other atrocities felt by the peasants. Luther said:
"The peasants have taken upon themselves the burden of three terrible sins against God and man; by this they have merited death in body and soul... they have sworn to be true and faithful, submissive and obedient, to their rulers... now deliberately and violently breaking this oath... they are starting a rebellion, and are violently robbing and plundering monasteries and castles which are not theirs... they have doubly deserved death in body and soul as highwaymen and murderers... they cloak this terrible and horrible sin with the gospel... thus they become the worst blasphemers of God and slanderers of his holy name.")

| Petition the Peoples Legislative Branch for a public discussion about a topic that is or should be of National concern and then have a public referendum. | This Cenocratic model of government is not presently practiced as a means to bring about corrective changes in government policy and/or functionality because it entails a higher level of democracy. In such preparations, if jail time is for a long period, the needs and requirements of one's "other (non-protesting) life" must be taken into account. | |||
| Shut down a Freeway | Take one's protest "up a notch" each time one's efforts to bring the government (or business, or religion) to a public table of discussion may be cause for initially focused "anti-violent" protestors to become more assertive in their demands, however reasonable and civil they have been presented. The fact remains that problems in society involve not only a system of government's basic functions, but its inter-connectedness with an overall system of institutionalization that is so entrenched in business and religious activity as well as overall social activities of the public, the requirements in addressing the problem(s) being protested about may necessarily involve changes in the way the overall public lives. Those who appear to be causing a problem may, in affect, not be aware of their role... and may in fact be sincerely taken-aback by any suggestion that their activities have singularly resulted in something they too are in abhorrence of, or that they have even played any part in the problem in the first place. Authority figures can be particularly naive about what consequences can result from an action, when such actions begin to interact with the activities of other social institutions. Making a concerted effort for purposeful corrections may require significant changes in behavior of the public. Since the public can be just as bull-headed as those in authority, and authority may counter-protest by claiming one or more elements in the public sector of society have contributed to the problem, the public may be reluctant to accept they have played any part as well, and do not need to change except to be provided with more benefits and opportunities... to maintain their world-view status quo. | Engage in acts of "civil" disobedience | Whereas protest measures of civil disobedience have acquired an acceptable level of one's right-to-protest, protestors themselves know all too well that the definition of "civil" has a double-standard when effected by authority. Authority's definition permits it to engage in violence if it can find an excuse for doing so (or create a situation so that a "reason" can be formulated to over-shadow single-minded excuses). Protestors should be prepared to confront an adversary that has a history of horribly violent activities. Protestors should not be surprised to find agents of authority effecting measures to instigate a mood or protest activity which will permit it to "call in the troops"... such as heavily armed police officers. Protestors should not forget that the people are already in a Cold War with the government that can become sparked into a blazing inferno if those in authority can be guaranteed that the result for an armed conflict will make enough of their confederates more wealthy than they already are. | |||
| Use an "encampment" (Occupy) model of protest | This is interpreted by some law enforcement perspectives as a chip-on-the-shoulder formula of protest that they will confront with more "assertive" (aggressive) tactics, all of which resemble the child's game of "king of the hill". This is not to say that the protest has no value or that law enforcement does not agree with the views of the protestors, but that each has their own respective "occupation" to perform, along with the accompanying occupational hazards which may involve a full spectrum of ideological and philosophical soul-searching on both sides of the embattlement... but not necessarily those who are at fault for having created a social problem and are in a position to fix the concerns of the public... by approaching the situation as one might a forum for opening up discussions so that both sides can give a full account of themselves and their position. | |||
| Use of government-sponsored (legalized) protest measures | These are manufactured to keep the prevailing government system in tact and are not realistically designed to help the public create the type of government which is best for them. Besides, if the government's (as well as business and religious) leadership was realistically in tune with the needs of the public, there would be no need for any type of protest. We have protests because there is no effective method by which the people themselves can be in control of their government, despite the arguments about the general public being too stupid... yet are claimed to be smart enough to vote in a particular candidate so they can vote on laws based on their own conscience and not necessarily that of the public. | |||
| Use music to create protest songs | For example... though many American might well be offended by the suggestion they are idiots... when in fact those who support Trump in and out of
Congress fit this bill quite nicely, the song Created by the Group Green Day, initially meant for George Bush, is intended to be directed towards Trump.

| Get-in-their-face protest measures | This involves protesting wherever they are. At the houses, places of work, school (or when they show up at a child's school), a doctor's visit, out to dinner, out on a date, at a sports venue, at a public library or other social event, etc... While they may argue they are entitled to privacy, their positions enable them to have a means of disrupting our lives... leaving us without a "private" moment for financial (or other) peace. While they don't like the people disrupting their lives, they have no qualms about effecting policies which disrupt our lives. If the people were enable an honest and effective legal means of effecting policies on their own behalf, instead of impotent measures of protest regulated by laws meant to keep the people disenfranchised from running their government, there would be no developing mood for "upping the ante" or "notching up" protest efforts to force so-called "Representatives" of actually representing the collective Will of the public... a Will that is never permitted to discuss and vote on any and all laws of public interest... such as (1) effecting term limits for all government employees and government contractors... as well as those they hire, (2) getting rid of the Electoral College, (3) providing for a Peoples Legislative Branch with the power to replace every single government worker... elected, selected, or otherwise, as needed... to name but three of many changes which need to take place. | |||
| Protest March during weekdays instead of weekends | Weekend protest marches may make the marchers feel good about themselves and permit many more marchers to attend, but they are generally perceived to be interpreted as a "day out with the kiddies"... or those who are too naively-minded and weak-hearted to actually participate in a forceful measure of protest. Weekend marches are easily seen as Frisbee flying "picnic" activities to unite marchers in an expression of solidarity, but do not have an appreciable fortitude in stating a purpose or making a stand (beyond symbolic gestures) to those to whom a protest should be directly focused towards. Weekend marches against those who have gone home for the weekend to have their own backyard barbecues and swim in their private pools, ride one of their several costly horses, or play a round or two of golf with brethren law makers (or business associates formulating future policy directions) is like talking to one's own shadow, shadow-boxing, and having to drink a bottle of courage being passed around by like-minded others whose emotions act like a form of inebriation which can produce lynch-mob compatibility amongst those who are present, but when confronted by any real authority, they meekly turn tail and run. | |||
| Protest as a duty and not a job | While some claim it is their moral right and duty to protest against what they perceive to be a wrong, immorality, injustice, hypocrisy, etc... Others protest simply to be a part of some anti-government stance, participate in an activity like kids in the neighborhood looking for something to do, or use the circumstance for some other ulterior motive... be it criminal or promote themselves as someone to be trusted and thus allowed to get close to a protest leadership in order to be a government (journalist, or otherwise) spy, and do not necessarily share in the same particular protest as those posing as a vanguard... no matter how they may go about "proving" themselves worthy, but may nonetheless have designs to undermine the protest efforts. | |||
| Protest for purposes other than phony martyrdom | Getting oneself thrown in jail effectively takes you out of the actual protest equation, and does not help you to gain an appreciable pseudo-martyrdom, in that jail time is somehow to be interpreted as a symbolic death and hence, "sacrifice for the cause". Protesting with a visible 'chip on one's shoulder' whereby banners, tents, placards, etc., are used as a makeshift barrier representing a hill to taunt the police into participating in an impromptu neighborhood "king-of-the-hill" get-together that forces them to overtake the hill symbolically portrayed as a strong-hold, does not win the protest war. It is little more than a battle-line representing a skirmish where the menial membership of two opposing sides are used as symbolic cannon fodder by generals and their staff to test out theories of strategy. Don't be duped in participating in a protest that amounts to little more than venting of emotion, with no actual forward momentum acquired. | |||

We frequently note that the President can be made to advocate an agenda desired by one or more others who have set the stage for the President or other government figure to become vulnerable to another's personalized ideas by being subjected to a routine of information that fatigues their ability to be more conscientious. It is like being subjected to a grueling deposition that easily takes its toll on those not accustomed to a mental bombardment of interrogation or subjective information overload. Such a case is seen when the public is subjected to mind numbing repetitive news media reports on a given subject such as a Presidential election, disaster, etc... The public quickly fatigues because most people can not withstand a sustained level of mental activity on a single subject which their ability to correlate with their day-to-day routines of personalized distraction can regulate within the confines of practiced mental activity. A type of cognitive dissonance may ensue that they react to. While the response was previously described in a dichotomous way with the notion "fight or flight" response, now having evolved into a three-patterned phrase known as the "fight or flight or freeze" response, of which the latter notion is somewhat of a misnomer since the term "submission" is more to the point in many cases. | |||

Security measures may be altered but little positive change in the underlying functionality of the government. Kidnapping an official interferes with one's ability to be mobile. Directing one's protests against such high profile government workers entails the necessity of also killing their successors and their most prominent supporters, whether or not they are in the government sector or not. | |||
| It is unlikely that the assassination of someone like Trump would bring about a war as is historically suggested by the killing of Francis Ferdinand, archduke of Austria-Este by the Serb nationalist Gavrilo Princip at Sarajevo. Many people both in and out of the U.S. would cheer and celebrate. Yet they might then be dismayed by his successor (Pence) who would then have to be killed... and all those who would come to succeed as each one was killed. The problem therefore appears not only to be in those who would quickly come to fill the position of their predecessor— but those who would encourage others to participate in maintaining the system as it is. The "system" is not appreciably altered by way of a conventional assassination to permit for instructive change to occur. Such a level of change unfortunately requires a massive and coordinated attack on those individuals and institutions that want to maintain things as they are because they have learned how to prosper in such a formula of governance, typically at the expense of others. Such actions may cause the protestor(s) to be labeled as a terrorist even if a manifesto claiming a desire for government reform accompanies each kill. However, the killing of all Congressional Representatives does not guarantee that the government will be substantially reformed for the good of the Nation. They may simply be replaced by similarly-minded idiots or those who are worse and will want to implement more stringent measures against protest activities. Killing government officials does not automatically equate with an improvement in government when much of the government is run by those who are not physically present during routine government activities. They are often harbored in some financial institution or other corporate entity that may not even be in the country. | |||

In any case, the need for establishing this type of action as a protest measure and not a terrorist activity requires that each kill be accompanied by a manifesto declaration asserting one's right to protest in alternative manners when "government sponsored protest legalities" are hypocritically stupid because they are designed to thwart the efforts of the public to bring about Reformation in government. | |||
| Kill all (or selective) lobbyists, particularly those connected with a financial institution | Changes in security will no doubt occur and others may then step into their place. Hence, those who would follow in their footsteps as a lobbyist will also have to be target, just as would be those in line to take over the presidency and vice-presidency if they should be killed. | |||
| Build a bonfire in front of the White house, Congress, New York Stock Exchange, some bank, etc... | If you're caught or not, you should have a manifesto or list of your grievance(s) that may or may not be placed into the news... because journalists are typically pro-government in as much as it helps them in their career. They may personally and privately dislike the government (or some aspect thereof), but will not publicly use their forum to express personal opinions which hurt their career. Nonetheless, bonfires may be useful for a hotdog or marshmallow roast, they don't actually create any political moods for bringing about corrective changes... though they may attract a few young followers to the protest venue like moths to a light source. | |||
| Kill innocent civilians at a public school or on a University Campus | This form of protest is typically executed by those who don't have what may be referred to as an enterprising rationale with respect to a specific social protest. More often it is a personal gripe or impulsive gesture responding to internalized pressures that have convinced someone that staging a shooting at a place and time where there will be no opposition may well be interpreted as an act of cowardice against those who have nothing whatsoever to do with economic, religious or government policies. The individual(s) involved may well be labeled a terrorist, though the word is being used so often by the government to enforce a maximum type of retribution, that is until it can create a new word and definition which will permit it to express greater violence and be used as a means to get the public to side on whatever civil controls it wants to compile under the same mental orientation... many of which are not actually part of the context but are put there in order to get support anyway. | |||

Clearly one needs to post a manifesto so that others can make comments about, and give oneself time to re-examine one's ideas over a protracted period of time so that one's protest efforts do not incline them towards creating conditions that produce more overall harm than good. | |||

| Attack government officials at their homes, while dining out, commuting, public luncheons, speaking engagements, etc... | This is an auxiliary form of gorilla warfare that will most likely result in security changes for government officials and the perpetrators being labeled as terrorists instead of protestors because they are not foolishly limiting their protest efforts to the contrived methods of ridiculously described "legal protest activities" (which are wholly inefficient to bring about change). One might necessarily hear a government official claim that "we" (as in all of America and [the phony} Democracy are under attack, when neither the public or the government as a whole is under attack. Only those institutions and those people who are keeping the people from having an equal playing field are being targeted. There is no "we" are under attack... just them. | Target security service individuals from interfering with protest efforts | This is yet another method of protest that is unexpected by government officials that can effectively introduce the demands for a restructuring of government so long as those who seek to replace fallen officials know well that if they do not assist in bring about corrective government reformation to assist the public in its right to have an increase measure of Self-Representation and Self-Determination, they too will suffer the consequences of being eliminated. Many security service individuals arrogantly believe themselves to have some sort of emanating shield which somehow automatically protects them from any assault. However, targeting security service individuals may cause their departmental culture to issue a "do not capture at any cost" order thereby permitting any and all agents to shoot (and/or torture) the protestors because the underlying emotional nature of their department concealed under a facade of seriousness, will be unleashed in accord with the inherent type of psycho-pathology that is required for a particular employment. | Kill the executives at Bayer and Monsanto | Tying the pharmaceutical and Agricultural industry together means that food can be used to create conditions for people to require drugs in order that the merger with these two companies can benefit from humanity's cradle-to-grave scenario. There is potential for much harm to be given to humanity all in the name of profit. Killing every single person involved with decision making at these two companies will signal to the world that the people will not "go down" (into subservience) without a fight. No doubt governments will use their military to support their decisions for letting these companies merge. Hence, the military all too often is employed as security services for companies striving for profit against those who see through the imperializations and colonializations just like the US sugar interests in the Spanish American War. So very often the words Freedom and Democracy are used to cover-up the underlying greed for some commercial product or simple territorial gain and has nothing whatsoever to do with innocent people caught up in the mess. | |||

themselves and not engage in any further protest that brings about actual change... other than maybe one elected official for another and the former is

The "publicity stunts" (propaganda of the government is rarely if ever brought to trial regardless of all the harm it does.) | Shoot at the White house with a gun or rifle, or use some other projectile. | In such an instance you may run out of ammunition, get shot by a security officer, or even tackled by citizens. While you may not kill nor injure anyone, your action may well be interpreted to be an assassination attempt... though this may not have been your intent... those in charge of the investigation may manipulate the person into making or alluding with a statement to this effect.
